Video 1: Wave Hands Like Clouds
Our “Wave Hands Like Clouds” Qigong practice is based on Tai Chi principles where we utilize opposite forces simultaneously. Here the hands perform opposite, synchronized motions, allowing us to work with Yin and Yang together while we coordinate left and right directional motion.

This is a fun movement which has roots in Tai Chi practice and even Chinese Dance. Many Eastern and Western studies on Tai Chi practice suggest numerous benefits from Tai Chi and Qigong practices. The cross stepping and bending at the knees develops coordination and balance while working with the feet and ankles, which is one of the reported benefits of Tai Chi movements.
